My Time in Los Angeles: A reflective piece from my time in this city. I spent four months in Los Angeles right after committing to filmmaking and storytelling as a full-time profession. Through videos I took and my voice, I narrate my overall experience in Los Angeles.
Since I was a kid, I've always marvelled at 3D art. Its immersive and allows for depth as a storytelling tool. In the fall of 2025 for my Intro to 3D class, I used Autodesk Maya to dive deeper into the world of 3D. I used Autodesk Arnold, an industry standard renderer to define the final output of some of these works. As I prepare to use other tools such as houdini through collaboration, I hope to develop my own tools and software for my future film and multi-media studio.
I had an idea from a feeling, wrote a script for it, animated from the script, composed the sequence of animations in Davinci Resolve, edited in music and sounds, and finally distributed it on YouTube for free to watch. All done on inexpensive equipment. Stay tuned for more as I become better at this!
