I began learning how to swim in 2024 and have since made it a priority to swim whenever I can. Each time I swim, I feel a sense of renewal that revitalizes both my body and mind, leaving me feeling truly rejuvenated. Swimming is not only a great form of exercise but also an incredibly fulfilling hobby, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to refresh both physically and mentally.
My relationship with the gym has been rather toxic to say the least. I started going to the gym in 2019 at inconsistent paces. In the present day, I still count it as a sport that I am actively trying to improve on. Balancing a gym routine with a busy schedule is a challenge many of us face, but I believe that time spent improving yourself is never time wasted. So, I remind myself to keep pushing forward, no matter the obstacles.
As for my struggles: I’m currently focused on improving my performance in bench press and pull-ups. These two exercises are particularly challenging at my current fitness level, but I know with time and dedication, I’ll master them.
I’ve always wanted to play tennis from a young age, but due to various circumstances, I started quite late. As someone who wears glasses, my options for sports are somewhat limited. However, once I started playing tennis, I quickly grew to enjoy it. I play whenever I can, and despite not playing consistently, it’s definitely a sport I truly enjoy.
